Return Information
Damaged Shipments
PLEASE inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived COMPLETE AND WITHOUT DAMAGE. YOU MAY REFUSE your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. CLAIMS WILL NOT BE PAID IF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT IS SIGNED COMPLETE AND WITHOUT DAMAGE. Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily!
RETURNS/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please call Floating Flower Bed at 513-353-1616 to arrange returns. Product refund is available up to 30 days with a 5% restocking fee. After 30 days is non-refundable. All returned products MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Original shipping expenses cannot be refunded. Please keep all warranties, sales invoices, and owners manuals that you receive with your merchandise.
